I wasn't born fit. I was the overweight kid with no guidance, no support, and no idea where to start. That experience lit a fire in me — and I've never looked back.
My path started in medicine, until I realized I didn't want to treat sickness after it had already happened. I wanted to prevent it. That's when training and nutrition became my purpose.
I've also lived the pregnancy and postpartum journey - twice. I gained 30kg during my first pregnancy and rebuilt myself from scratch. The second time, I trained throughout, studied the science of pre and postnatal coaching, and came back stronger than ever. I know firsthand how much women's bodies go through and how powerful the right support can be during that season of life.
Today, as a NASM-certified coach, nutrition specialist, and mom of two, I help women worldwide build strong, confident bodies through simple, sustainable coaching. No crash diets. No quick fixes. Just the right guidance, the right habits, and someone fully in your corner.
